What are the check‑in and check‑out times?

Check‑in from 2:00 PM. Check‑out by 10:30 AM. We try to be flexible when possible. Just let us know when booking.

Is early check‑in or late check‑out available? Are there any extra costs?

Yes if available. The supplement varies depending on the requested time.

Do you have parking? Is it free or paid? Can it be reserved?

Outdoor parking is available free of charge, but cannot be reserved. A public electric charging point is located in front of the hotel.

Is breakfast included in the rate? What are the times?

Included in most rates. Breakfast hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily. Rich buffet with sweet and savory options.

Do you offer shuttle service to the station or the airport?

No shuttle service available. Private transfers can be arranged upon request to/from Fiera Milano Rho, Parabiago train station, or Malpensa Airport (external paid service).

Are you close to the center or public transportation?

Expo Hotel Milan is located in Parabiago, just 10 minutes from Fiera Milano Rho and San Siro Stadium, and 25 minutes from Milan city center. Parabiago train station is just a short walk away.

Do the rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and heating?

Yes. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and heating.

Is Wi‑Fi free throughout the hotel?

Yes. Free Wi‑Fi available throughout the hotel.

Do you have rooms or facilities accessible for guests with disabilities?

Some rooms and common areas are suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Contact us for specific needs.

Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions or extra fees?

Small pets allowed with a €10 per day supplement per animal, subject to hotel confirmation. Not allowed in common areas such as the breakfast room. Guide dogs always welcome free of charge.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, and bank transfer for advance bookings. For non‑refundable rates, payment is made via a secure Nexi link.

What amenities are included in the rooms?

All rooms include: Safe, Flat‑screen TV (smart TVs in Deluxe rooms and Suites), Fast Wi‑Fi, Minibar (extra charge), Individually controlled air conditioning and heating, Private bathroom with shower, Kettle (only in Deluxe rooms and Suites).

Do you offer luggage storage before check‑in and after check‑out?

Available free of charge before check‑in and after check‑out.

Is there 24‑hour reception service?

Reception service is available 24/7 with staff always present.

What is your cancellation policy?

It depends on the selected rate. Details are always specified when booking.

Is city tax included? How much is it?

The Municipality of Parabiago does not charge a city tax.
